Welcome to the 2026 summer pool season at HCC.
Pool Opening & Hours
Opening Day:
Friday, May 22 - 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (weather dependent)
While school is still in session hours through June 23 (limited hours):
Monday: Closed (except Memorial Day – 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Tuesday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends & holidays: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Special: Friday, June 19 - 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
Pool Hours Starting June 24:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday through Sunday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
Pool closes for the season on Monday, 9/7
Snack Bar & Food
Opens
2 hours after pool opens

Poolside delivery available (via ordering from snack bar or server)
No outside food or alcohol allowed
Guests & Rules
Guests allowed:
up to 5 per family
(more requires approval from office)
Guest fee:
$10 per person per day and all members and pool guests must check in with concierge upon arrival. Please DO NOT enter through the side gate.
Expect possible restrictions if overcrowded
Parents must supervise children AT ALL TIMES (lifeguards are not babysitters)
Emphasis on respectful behavior and safety
Please do not reserve lounge chairs for children and no jumping on lounge chairs or other furntiure
Children of members may be dropped off at the pool unattended starting at age 12. Please note that they remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. In addition, children ages 12–15 who are unaccompanied may not bring guests under the age of 12.

Family-friendly attire required
No thongs
No swimsuits in clubhouse, courts, or golf areas
Weather & Closures
Closures announced via email and website when possible
Call the office for daily updates if weather is uncertain
Pool Setup
Two pools:
Kiddie pool (ages 5 & under)
Main pool is heated (must be toilet trained or wear approved swim diapers). Swim diapers may be purchased in the Snack Bar.
Bring your own towels
Outdoor showers, restrooms and changing rooms and diaper changing areas available
Lost & Found and Trash Receptacles
Lost and found is cleaned out
twice monthly (1st & 15
th
of each month)
Unclaimed items donated or discarded
Please, please, please dispose of trash in the receptables – help us keep the area clean and tidy
Programs:
Little Guppies (Ages 3–5)
Starts

Must be
fully potty trained
Runs the weeks we offer Summer Camp (check with Sam Dupont on dates)
We require at least three (3) guppies to host the camp
Swim Team (Ages 4–16)
Regular Practice:
June 25 – Aug 12
, weekdays 8–9 AM and Tuesdays from 5–6 PM
Cost: 1st child: $100, 2nd: $75 and 3rd/4th: $50
Meets: Wednesdays at 5:30 PM (pool closes from 5:00 – 7:00 pm – all are welcome to stay and cheer on the Blue Dolphins)
Swim meets (all meets are hosted at HCC):
Meet dates - 7/15, 7/22, 8/5 and 8/12 (final + awards)
Swim Lessons
Private & semi-private available
Pricing varies by instructor and length of lesson ($30–$80/hr range) – packages offered at a discounted rate.
